Job Profile

Candidate should be B.E (Any stream)/ B.Sc/ B.C.A/ M.Sc/ M.C.A/ B.Com, Diploma (Technical)

Mandatory Skills:

Should be from technical voice support background & willing to work for voice support

Very Good Communication skills

Willing to work-in Canadian timings ( 5PM 2AM)

Exposure in troubleshooting & installing in OS, Mail clients ( outlook / lotus notes), networking and application software s

Exposure in any ticketing tool

Experience or knowledge in SLA Mgmt, KPI s

Secondary Skills:

Good understanding of Ticketing and Remote connect tools

Awareness of PC Hardware Environment, Printers

Ability to work effectively as a team member

Ability to handle continuous calls

Ability to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support.
