Job Profile

Qualification: Any Graduate (Female Only)
Work Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Excellent English Communication (Written / Verbal) is MUST

Front Office Reception

1. Handling overall front office works.
2. Handling of incoming and outgoing calls.
3. Greeting the visitors.
4. Monitoring inward & outward courier, parcel & post. Greeting Guests/Visitors
5. Maintaining safe and clean Reception Area
6. Handling inward and outward couriers & Keeping track on couriers
7. Maintaining Records and Files (Paper Work).
8. Dispatching & Emailing Demand Letter to Clients as per work construction schedule
9. Making Outbound Calls for Sales Enquiry & Collection
10. Co-ordination with House-Keeping for the maintenance of the office
11. Adheres to all safety procedures and informs management of any unsafe conditions.
12. Entering Booking Form & Other details in the system (ERP)
13. Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines / brochures in company
14. Preparing Agreement for Sales
15. Completing Possession Documentations & Possession Formalities

Board Meeting Arrangement

1. Arrangement of Laptops, Projectors, Microphones, Teleconferencing Speakers, Video conferencing monitors and video cams, white boards, large overhead screen (In case of auditorium), Notepad, Paper, Pens, Name plates, Refreshments.
2. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings , conference and meeting rooms
3. Coordination between Inter Department
4. Keeping Track of Inventory & Stationary Material relevant to reception and pantry
5. Assist the other staff as require.


1. Maintaining attendance of off role employees (office boys, Pantry boys, Housekeeping boys).
2. Sending attendance report to HR department for salary processing.

Miscellaneous activities
Occasional other tasks according to company needs and working mutually with HR & Admin department to run day to day operations.
