Eligibility Criteria :

Freshers are Hireable (Only B.E / B.Tech ) with Excellent Communication Skills
Any graduate, B.E /B.Tech. MBA. MCA are eligible WITH MIN 1 year of experience Hireable.
Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shift )

Transport Boundary Limit or Ready to Relocate :

Central Line - Sion to Kalyan .
Harbour Line - Kurla to Panvel
WESTERN LINE NOT HIREABLE .

Working Hours : 24/7 ( Rotational & Night Shift)
Immediate Joining max 15 days Notice Period .

Job Specifications :

SharePoint : Active Directory, DNS, Global Catalogue, Exchange Server , Office 365, Cloud Computing, Windows Server, SQL, IIS

Exchange : Active Directory, DNS Server, DHCP Server, Exchange, Windows Server Administration

CRM : Active Directory, DNS Server, DHCP Server, SQL, IIS, Dynamic CRM
SFB : Active Directory, DNS Server, DHCP Server, client/server technology, cloud computing
MCP / MCSE/MCSA Certifications preferred

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the following schedules/resolving customer cases and abide by the prescribed norms. Maintain the highest level of technical and process expertise, specific to the industry, client processes, applications/utilities and products.

Maintain the highest level of soft-skills and telephone etiquettes.
Handle cases/schedules and escalations appropriately.
Share the technical expertise, soft-skills and telephone etiquettes with the team.

He/ She is supposed to maintain 100 % quality in terms of documenting the cases with the required information (complete and detailed documentation of the resolution and the root cause)
