Shahi Exports Private Limited is looking for Front Office/ Admin Executive




Job Profile

Candidate should be Any Graduate with good communication & interpersonal skills. Must be excellent organizing skills & Multitasking. Should be confident and presentable.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain the front desk tidy and presentable.
Maintain guest relations.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them using EPABX board.
Receive letters, packages etc.

Arranging Con-calls.
Blocking meeting rooms as per schedules and availability.
Co-ordinate for interview process.
Take up other duties as assigned.
