Job Profile

Eligibility Criteria:

A College or University Degree and/or some relevant proven experience that demonstrates knowledge and skills in human resource is required. Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in similar domain, with a client service mindset.

Knowledge/ Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Client service oriented.
Ability to comprehend human resource programs, policies and procedures.
Organizational and attention to detail skills are necessary.
Accountable and dependable.

Ability to research and analytical skills are required.
Decision making skill based on available facts.
Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft) is required, exposure to any HR Applications is a good to have.
Exposure/ability to comprehend HR related labor laws and compliance is good to have.
Exposure of other APAC countries is a good to have.
Experience of providing employee support on various types of HR programs and policies in a Shared Service setup is a good to have.

Major Duties:

Provide support to employees on questions related to various HR policies, programs and general enquiries through a Service Center model. Support is through phones, emails and case management tool.
Make various types of HR related inputs into the system including new hire details, banking information, one time payments, manager changes, etc.

Creation of employee files and their imaging to online applications.
Utilizes knowledge base, call tracking systems and/or third party resources to respond to employee questions related to HR.
Maintains accurate employee information on the HR database.
Support/assist team to achieve process efficiencies.
