Job Profile

Mentor Infocomm (India) Private Limited, is currently having an opening for the position HR & Admin - Trainee.

Candidates who have completed MBA/ MSW (Specialized in HR) can apply.
Passed out of 2017-2018 can also apply.
Work Experience: Fresher/ 0-1 Year

CTC (Per annum): 1.8 Lakhs + Allowances
Permanent Chennai residents are preferred
Preferring immediate joinees Only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment process (Sourcing, Job postings, Shortlistings, Written Assessments, Interview, Salary Negotiations and Issuing appointment letters)
To maintain leave & Attendance records
To conduct induction training program to newly hired employees
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on Leaves, Permissions & absenteeism etc.
Statutory Compliance

ESIC - Generating IP numbers, Prepare & Filing monthly contribution & remittances
EPFO - Generating UAN numbers, Prepare & Filing monthly contribution in the portal
To conduct & assist in training program, Performance Reviews & Probationery report
Communicate with public services (EPF & ESIC) whenever necessary
To manage housekeeping staffs, purchase and assist in administrative functions
Proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoints, and Outlook) is mandatory.

Job Location: Chennai (Mount Road)
Shift Timings: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Joining: Immediate
